Aug 16th Lancaster Speedway: Decide to stop in on the way to Tioga. Got there late but we were able to start the feature from the rear. Larry Jackson made a few moves and was able to get up to 10th place at one point but McGrath would get into the wall on the backstretch. This would cause Larry to get into the wall and end his night early. Mangus would hold on for the win.
Aug 17th Tioga Speedway: We arrived at the speedway on time with a few minor adjustments to make but come practice time the car was good to go. We had to qualify out of the 3rd heat starting deep in the field. Jackson was able to get up to 4 spot for his 6th starting spot to get into the main from there.
The feature started as the sun was setting making the front stretch a nightmare for visablity. Larry complained about not being able to see coming out of 4 all the way into 1. This would prove to be a problem about the halfway point with Wollaber getting loose out of 4 and collecting about 7 cars. Jackson came up on it and was able to avoid it with the help of his spotters. After it was done alot of good equipment was torn up. Before we went green again a crew member was aloud to go and clean the windshield this where we made the mistake of giving Larry some water. By doing this Larry was moved from sitting in 7th place on the restart to 17th place something we never seem to recover from.
On the closing laps George Kent started to work his way through the field until he was challenging for the lead with only a handful of laps to go. In the end it would be Kent would get the win followed be Zainer and Willis. Jackson would hold on for 13th place.
