ROC Race 3

30 cars were in the pits for race number 3 on the ROC Tour before the night started Danny Knoll would lose a motor in warm-ups. Barton Motorsports night would start off on a bad note with a wreck in the heat. George Kent would get lose in turn 3 collecting Jackson's left rear sending him to the pits for a new tire. We he return the race went green but on the re-start Willis would push up off the corner and take Zainer out for the night. Willis would get sent to the pits for the and would have to settle for a B main start. This would leave 5 cars on the track giving them all a qualifying spot. There would be no major problems in any of the other heats.

In the B main 8 cars would take the green but before the finish the first lap Kluth's car would plow the 06 of Whitt and drive him to the wall. Kluth's car had a stuck throttle and Whitt was caught in the middle. This would end the B main giving all the cars a qualifying spot for the main.

In the main G. Kent would capture the lead from his son just before the halfway mark and hold on for the win. Larry Jackson would run a smooth race and end in the 10th position with a last lap pass of Willis at the line.
